The located this traditional market is beside of the river, and so close from the beach. This market is very unique, sellers put the item of the merchandise on the ground with simple pedestal. In this market, is not available tool for weighing scales, standards all item only per stacks. so, there are no standard sizes in purchasing. Price is also very uniform. Starting Rp 5.000 to Rp 10.000, or can be said to be a multiple of Rp. 5.000. In Kaimana market, does not apply to bargain, like the market in general. All price are definitely or standards.

Sellers in this market are  mostly people of Papua, only a few entrants. Merchandise on offer in this market is also diverse, like selling daily necessities and also sold staple food of Papua like tubers, banana and sago. And available Pinang and Sirih. Pinang and sirih is traditional snack people in Papua.

With hills as a background and beside the river, this market is very beautiful. if you are lucky to visit in this market when dusk is coming.  The hills will emit light golden colour of the sun reflection.
